It is my belief that we all have within us the power to lead rich, fulfilling, healthy and happy lives. Sometimes we come up against obstacles that get in the way and stop us living the sort of life we would like. It is due to my belief that we can all make the changes needed to overcome these obstacles and fulfil our potential that I became interested in hypnotherapy.
I trained as a clinical hypnotherapist at the prestigious Institute of Clinical Hypnosis (ICH) in London where I qualified with distinction in my professional Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (DCH) examination. My qualifications are accredited by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register. I also have a BA in Psychology & Spanish from the University of Manchester.
Prior to training as a hypnotherapist, I worked on numerous national not-for-profit campaigns intended to improve health and wellbeing. Through these projects I worked with people from all walks of life ranging from prisoners and former drug addicts to celebrities and national journalists. This gave me an invaluable insight into the vastly different hand people are dealt in life, and also brought to my attention many inspirational examples of people who have turned their lives around against the odds.
